Each coaching engagement involves a free exploratory conversation to learn what coaching is, what it isn’t and if it is the right approach for you.
A coaching agreement is then drafted in accordance with the International Coaching Federation practices and code of ethics which clarifies roles, responsibilities, confidentiality, privacy, and the terms and scope of the services.
A coaching contract will cover a series of regular coaching sessions, either face to face or online over a specified period of time, usually 3 to 6 months.
Facilitation

I offer professional facilitation services to help teams think together, learn together and make decisions together.

I will work with you to identify your goals and outcomes for the session and will craft a proposal that includes a combination of skills building, dialogue and engaging activities.
Each contract includes an initial exploratory conversation, a draft proposal, one client meeting to review the proposal, and both a detailed facilitator agenda and a simple participant agenda for distribution.
Normally the client arranges facilities and hospitality.
Lumina Learning psychometric tools include an individual portrait and debrief plus group facilitated sessions to help teams communicate better, value diversity, leverage team strengths and support each other during stressful situations.
Lumina Lumina Leader portraits also offer a 360 feedback option.

Contracts include an initial exploratory meeting and will identify follow up meetings based on the extent of customization. Delivery can be online or face to face.

Leadership Team Coaching is a form of ongoing team development that involves working with a team for a period of 4 to 6 months to build the team’s capacity to lead together.
