Coaching

Coaching helps leaders identify and leverage their strengths, values and unique skills to achieve their goals.

As an ICF PCC credentialed coach, I offer individual coaching for leaders at all levels, team coaching, and mentor coaching for coaches developing their coaching skills. I also offer coaching skills training for leaders.

Facilitation

Workplaces should be nurturing, creative spaces, where employees can bring their best, be their best, and expect the best.

I offer professional facilitation services to help teams think together, learn together and make decisions together.  Facilitation services include team retreats, planning sessions and team development.

Leadership Development

I offer a range of courses and programs for individual leaders and leadership teams to lead their organization through transformational change in complex times.
